About Kate

For a long time, I believed success was something you built externally.

The business.
The achievements.
The recognition.
The growth.
The life that looked impressive from the outside.

And for over a decade, I did exactly that.

I built and scaled a successful product-based business from the ground up, growing it into an internationally recognised brand stocked in hundreds of stores and sold around the world. My work was featured at award-winning events, reached major retailers, and even became part of royal gifting circles.

From the outside, it looked like I had created the dream.

But somewhere along the way, I realised something many ambitious people quietly experience:

You can build a successful life and still feel disconnected from yourself within it.

That realisation changed everything.

It led me into deep inner work and eventually into training in psychotherapy, subconscious transformation, emotional healing, nervous system work, and human behaviour. I became fascinated by the gap between external success and internal fulfilment and why so many people achieve the life they thought they wanted only to feel exhausted, overwhelmed, lost, or emotionally disconnected once they arrive there.

Today, my work sits at the intersection of psychology, transformation, entrepreneurship, and aligned living.

I help people reconnect with themselves so they can create success from a place of clarity, authenticity, and inner alignment rather than pressure, burnout, fear, or constant striving.

Because real success is not just about what you build.
It’s about who you become while building it.

Some of the people I work with are entrepreneurs.
Some are creatives.
Some are navigating change, burnout, identity shifts, motherhood, ambition, or emotional overwhelm.
Some simply know they are meant for more but can no longer force themselves down paths that no longer fit who they are.

My approach combines psychotherapy-informed tools, subconscious work, reflective practices, emotional insight, storytelling, and grounded strategy designed to create lasting transformation from the inside out.

This work is not about becoming more productive at the expense of yourself.
It’s not about performing success while quietly falling apart underneath it.

It’s about building a life, business, and future that actually feels like yours.

Alongside my client work, I also create guided journals, immersive self-development tools, and transformational resources through my brand, Root & Grow, all designed to help people reconnect with themselves in a deeper, gentler, and more meaningful way.

At the heart of everything I do is one core belief:

The most successful version of you will never be found through abandoning yourself.

It will be found through returning to yourself.

Outside of my work, I’m a writer, creator, mother, deep thinker, and lifelong seeker of meaning. I’m endlessly fascinated by the inner world, the stories we carry, and what it truly means to live a beautiful, aligned life.

I live in Oxfordshire with my family, where much of my life is spent balancing ambition, creativity, motherhood, business, spirituality, and the ongoing practice of staying connected to what matters most.

My Approach

My approach is deeply transformational, blending psychology, subconscious work, emotional healing, nervous system regulation, mentoring, spirituality, and practical life experience.

I do not believe in forcing success through burnout, pressure, or disconnection from self.

I believe the most meaningful lives are created through clarity, alignment, courage, self-awareness, and learning how to work with yourself rather than against yourself.

This work is not about becoming somebody else.

It is about returning to who you truly are beneath the noise, conditioning, fear, and expectation.

clarity

Clarity changes the way you move through every part of your life. When you understand yourself deeply, decisions become lighter, direction becomes clearer, and confidence begins to grow naturally.

alignment

True success is not built through self-abandonment. The most fulfilling lives are created when ambition, wellbeing, purpose, and authenticity are able to exist together.
